  Third time in 3 years visiting Arches.
  
  Pros: Love their eggrolls and cream cheese ragoons. The sweet and sour sauce is my favorite- Put it in a bowl, dip it in everything. I cannot find a comparable one in Phoenix. They water it down or change it up. I love Love arches sauce.

  Update on my previous review. I've increased rating from two to three stars. There have been big improvements here since my last visit. It looks like they've remodeled, and the interior looks 100% better then it did before. Modern and clean now. The service has also improved greatly. The staff today were all friendly and very prompt. The food is still nothing to write home about, but I feel that it has improved somewhat also.

  This our first time here and we were impressed. Our food was good and the service was friendly and speedy. People must try the pork fried rice it's was very delicious!

  Good, friendly service, quick seating, brought drinks quickly. Had buffet at noon, the Wasabi next to the Sushi was stale and starting to harden. The egg rolls at the buffet were so over fried they looked burned. The rest of the food was good, fish fried in Tempura was mushy and too much Tempura batter. Overall, needs some improvement and oversight of the food preparation.

  I should have known better. This was a pathetic attempt at "Chinese cuisine". I will not be back to this "restaurant". Food was horrible, seriously how hard is it to cook fried rice correctly to where it isn't still hard? Do not eat here, stay far far away.  I would give zero stars if I could.
